Kinkycast is a podcast about BDSM. It’s basically a “radio show” on the internet, which you can listen to on your computer or portable media device (such as an iPod or iRiver, or on your cell phone or PDA). The show is distributed as an MP3 file.

If all you want to do is listen to a podcast or two, just click on the links under “Recent Episodes” in the sidebar at the right hand side of the page.

KinkyCast is produced on a random basis, basically whenever I have the time and feel like doing a podcast. So how do you know when a new episode is available? It’s easy.

If you’re using a podcatcher such as Doppler or iPodder, or any RSS reader that supports enclosures (such as Feedreader) you can add the KinkyCast feed in just two steps.

First, right-click on the “Podcast feed” link under “Get the Feed” in the sidebar, and select “Copy Link Location”. If you’re still using Internet Explorer for surfing the web (which, by the way, is a really good way to get viruses on your computer — use Firefox instead) the menu item will be called “Copy shortcut” instead of “Copy Link Location”.

Next, open up your podcatcher, select “add feed” and paste the URL into it. Whenever a new KinkyCast is available, your podcatcher or RSS reader will automatically download it onto your computer for your listening pleasure. That’s all there is to it.
